Joshua B was great! Responded extremely fast when I reached out about not recieving the spyder. Both part I bought, universal rails and spyder are installed and work phenomenally on my 1500 silverado LS hacking a 3 horse slant gooseneck trailer with living quarters.
Was shipped what your rep told what to order and it was wrong had to go to B&W and order correct nuts, bolts and brackets for an additional $[XX]. I believe that after spending over $[XX] with yall you could work with me to get a refund on all the extra parts I have ended up with.
etrailer came through as always. The real kit worked perfectly for my 1995 Ford F350 SRW 4x4 truck. Universal kit, so drilling required, but that's to be expected. Installed in about 3-4 hours in my driveway, and towed a 31' fifth wheel 400 miles 2 days later. Highly recommend both the product and etrailer!
Installation was cake for me because this truck had the brackets that bolted to the frame already from the previous owner. I still had to drill holes in the bed but everything went smoothly. Take note- use a punch before drilling the pilot hole. My bits were older and liked to walk so keeping the rails at 22” was a little difficult. The manual instructed I cut away sections of my bed mat for structural durability no biggie. Came packaged pretty well, some spare hardware and brackets in my specific installation. Delivered before estimated arrival along with some other bits from this company. Great job etrailer and b&w!

I installed these Base Rails in my 2014 Chevy Silverado so I could tow my Scamp 19 5th wheel. The instructions provided were good and the installation is solid. My first real trip after the installation was from Tampa Fl to Phoenix AZ. Everything functioned as advertised. I am more than pleased with the service I received from etrailer and with the rails. I highly recommend this product.
Well for a private citizen I feel like I buy quite a bit from e-trailer. I have bought at least 6 large items between receiver hitches, ball mounts, rails, goose neck mounts, brake controllers and those type of things. When I am shopping I always read reviews so it is important. This is the one year review on the most recent 5th wheel rails I bought and installed on a 2000 f-350. Shipping was fast and efficient, installed with no issues, and working fine to pull a 40’ fifth wheel

Well let me see the first thing. Is my delivery was four days earlier than I expected, that was a nice surprise. My patriot hitch came in three packages, and they were all intact. And I opened all of the packages and everything was there. The instructions were very easy to read and understand, assembly of the head and the hitch took me less than an hour very easy. I purchased a universal rail kit from B W for my 2018 Chevy 2500 HD, my only problem was that I did not have a 17/32 drill bit. I went to every store available to me for the area which I live unable to find a drillbit, so I’ll have to order one online I guess. That was very disappointing to me because I was ready to complete the project and I’m sure that in probably no more than another hour to hour and a half I would’ve had the job completed. I feel after much review with other products that I made the best choice with this BMW patriot it is heavy duty very nice powder coat I think it will serve me well.
Purchased a 5th wheel from them and was surprised when the order was missing a piece. The top half of the 5th wheel was not delivered. I called and they said that it was back ordered and would not get delivery for a month. Well, I was very surprised when it showed up less than a week later. Very happy and they communicated very well with us. I have ordered other parts and delivered in short time a all there. Would recommend them.

This base rail set was very easy to install and very heavy duty the frame mounts you will have to just try one at at a time to find with one works best for each side once you have that it's a peace of cake. I'm very pleased with this kit

Worked great with the patriot 16k in my 97 F-350 DRW. Make sure to test positioning with hitch base on.
Disappointed. I requested specific brackets for my application, received a universal set, and could not keep my airbags if I wanted to install this kit.
The rails and hardware fit perfectly into my 2003 Dodge RAM 2500 4x4 long-bed
I welded the brackets to the frame for peace of mind.
Products look good but unfortunately it was missing a piece and the only way the company would rectify It is take over a week to send me the missing piece(which it didn’t take that long to come in in the first place,) wouldn’t compensate me for added shipping nor wouldnt send it in a timely fashion and unfortunately will never purchase from them ever. returning product as I can’t use it I had to buy it from somebody that can supply what they offer.

These rails work as expected, no thrills. Make sure to line them up properly with the hitch mount tabs or installing/removing the hitch will be tough.
This was an universal kit and I only needed to replace the rails in my truck as they were worn.

The product is holding up well. The finish is still glossy and paint is in great shape, looks like new after a year. Appears to be good metal as it has maintained its shape.
